North East

The North East test will capture lessons learnt from Thriving Catchments where these relate to MNbS programme outputs. It will also explore how to progress the opportunities identified through Thriving Catchments in the context of AMP8, and consider how to leverage future opportunities within PR29/AMP9 and Water Reform, especially where these relate to regional systems planning.
